Copies of Notices. During the Term, Tenant shall provide Landlord promptly with copies of all summons, citations, directives, information inquiries or requests, notices of potential responsibility, notices of violation or deficiency, orders or decrees, Claims, complaints, investigations, judgments, letters, notices of environmental liens or Response actions in progress, and other communications, written or oral, actual or threatened, from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency for the state in which the Premises are located, or other federal, state, or local agency or authority, or any other entity or individual, concerning (a) any actual or alleged Release of a Hazardous Materials on, to or from any Property Location; (b) the imposition of any lien on any Property Location; (c) any actual or alleged violation of, or responsibility under, any Environmental Laws; or (d) any actual or alleged liability under any theory of common law tort or toxic tort, including without limitation, negligence, trespass, nuisance, strict liability, or ultrahazardous activity (each a “Notice”).
