Copies of Other Agreements. It is not necessary to include with the application a copy of any security agreement or other agreement which an Issuer and a secured party have executed or may execute. Accordingly, copies of such agreements should not be submitted to Xxxxxx Xxx. Any copies of such agreements submitted to Xxxxxx Xxx will not be returned to the sender.
