Common use of Copies of Prospectus; Amendments of Prospectus Clause in Contracts

Copies of Prospectus; Amendments of Prospectus. The Company will furnish the Holder with a reasonable number of copies of any prospectus or offering circular and one copy of the registration statement included in such filings and will amend or supplement the same as required during the nine (9) month period following the effective date of the registration statement, provided, that the expenses of any amendment or supplement made or filed more than three (3) months after the effective date of the registration statement, at the request of the Holder, shall be borne by the Holder.
