Common use of Copies of Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Copies of Registration Statement. Each Feeder Fund will furnish the Dealer Manager with its Prospectus and all amendments and supplements thereto, which are finally approved by the Commission, as the Dealer Manager may reasonably request for sale of the Feeder Fund’s Shares. The signed copy of the Registration Statement, including its exhibits, is available at xxx.xxx.xxx.
