Common use of Copies of Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Copies of Registration Statement. The Company will deliver to Underwriter, from time to time without charge, such number of copies of the Registration Statement (at least one of which delivered to you shall be manually signed and will include all exhibits), each Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus, and all amendments and supplements thereto, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities and to such persons as requested by you.
