Common use of Copies of Registration Statements Clause in Contracts

Copies of Registration Statements. The Depositor will furnish to the Representative copies of the Registration Statement (which will include all exhibits), the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus, the Final Prospectus and all amendments and supplements to such documents, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities as the Representative may from time to time reasonably request.
