Common use of Copies of Registration Statements Clause in Contracts

Copies of Registration Statements. The Company will, if requested, prior to filing any Registration Statement pursuant to this Article 5 or any amendment or supplement thereto, furnish to the Shareholders, and thereafter furnish to the Shareholders, such number of copies of such Registration Statement, amendment and supplement thereto (in each case including all exhibits thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein) and the prospectus included in such Registration Statement (including each preliminary prospectus) as the Shareholders may reasonably request to facilitate the sale of the Registrable Securities by the Shareholders.
