Common use of Copies of Registration Statements Clause in Contracts

Copies of Registration Statements. Each of the Spectra Parties covenants and agrees with the Underwriters to furnish promptly to the Underwriters and to counsel for the Underwriters, upon request, a signed copy or conformed copy of the Registration Statement as originally filed with the Commission, and each amendment thereto filed with the Commission, including all consents and exhibits filed therewith.
