Copies of Registration Statements. The Transferor will furnish to the Representative copies of the Registration Statement (which will include all exhibits), the related preliminary prospectus, the Prospectus and all amendments and supplements to such documents, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities as the Representative may from time to time reasonably request.
