Common use of Copies of Reports and Prospectuses Clause in Contracts

Copies of Reports and Prospectuses. The Trust shall, at its expense, keep the Sub-Distributor fully informed with regard to its affairs and in connection therewith shall furnish to the Sub-Distributor copies of all information, financial statements and other papers which the Sub-Distributor may reasonably request for use in connection with the distribution of Shares, including such reasonable number of copies of Prospectuses and annual and interim reports as the Sub-Distributor may request and shall cooperate fully in the efforts of the Sub-Distributor to sell and arrange for the sale of the Shares and in the performance of the Sub-Distributor under this Agreement.
