Common use of Copies of Reports Clause in Contracts

Copies of Reports. For a period of two years following the date hereof, to furnish to the Underwriters copies of all materials furnished by the Partnership to its security holders and all reports and financial statements furnished by the Partnership to the principal national securities exchange upon which the Units may be listed pursuant to requirements of or agreements with such exchange or to the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act or any rule or regulation of the Commission thereunder, in each case to the extent that such materials, reports and financial statements are not publicly filed with the Commission.

Copies of Reports. For a period of two years following the date hereof, to furnish to the Underwriters copies of all materials furnished by the Partnership to its security holders and all reports and financial statements furnished by the Partnership to the principal national securities exchange upon which the Units may be listed pursuant to requirements of or agreements with such exchange or to the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act or any rule or regulation of the Commission thereunder, in each case to the extent that such materials, reports and financial statements are not publicly filed with the Commission.

Copies of Reports. For a period of two (2) years following the date hereof, to furnish to the Underwriters or to make available via the Commission’s Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval (XXXXX) System copies of all materials furnished by the Partnership to its security holders securityholders and all reports and financial statements furnished by the Partnership to the principal national securities exchange upon which the Units Notes may be listed pursuant to requirements of or agreements with such exchange or to the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act or any rule or regulation of the Commission thereunder, in each case to the extent that such materials, reports and financial statements are not publicly filed with the Commission.;

For a period of two years following the date hereof, to furnish to the Underwriters copies of all materials furnished by the Partnership or EPO to its security holders and all reports and financial statements furnished by the Partnership or EPO to the principal national securities exchange upon which the Units Notes may be listed pursuant to requirements of or agreements with such exchange or to the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act or any rule or regulation of the Commission thereunder, in each case to the extent that such materials, reports and financial statements are not publicly filed with the Commission.
