Common use of Copies of Sub-processor Agreements Clause in Contracts

Copies of Sub-processor Agreements. The parties agree that the copies of the Sub- processor agreements that must be provided by Impero to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by Impero beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by Impero, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

Copies of Sub-processor Agreements. The parties agree that the copies of the Sub- Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by Impero BE to Customer Client pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by Impero BE beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by ImperoBE, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by CustomerClient.

The parties agree that the copies of the Sub- processor agreements that must be provided by Impero Snappic to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by Impero Snappic beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by ImperoSnappic, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

The parties agree that the copies of the Sub- Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by Impero Miso to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by Impero Miso beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by ImperoMiso, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

The parties agree that the copies of the Sub- processor agreements that must be provided by Impero TRUSTOPIA to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by Impero TRUSTOPIA beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by ImperoTRUSTOPIA, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

The parties agree that the copies of the Sub- Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by Impero essensys to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by Impero essensys beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by Imperoessensys, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

Copies of Sub-processor Agreements. The parties Parties agree that the copies of the Sub- sub-processor agreements that must be provided by Impero Devolutions to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by Impero Devolutions beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by Impero, Devolutions in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

Copies of Sub-processor Agreements. The parties agree that the copies of the Sub- Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by Impero Area 1 Security to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by Impero Area 1 Security beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by ImperoArea 1 Security, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.
