Common use of Copies of Sub-processor Agreements Clause in Contracts

Copies of Sub-processor Agreements. The parties agree that the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by VTEX to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by VTEX beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by VTEX, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

Copies of Sub-processor Agreements. The parties agree that the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by VTEX OpenExchange to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by VTEX OpenExchange beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by VTEXOpenExchange, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

The parties agree that the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by VTEX Technolarity to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by VTEX Technolarity beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by VTEXTechnolarity, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

The parties agree that the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by VTEX BE to Customer Client pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by VTEX BE beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by VTEXBE, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by CustomerClient.

Copies of Sub-processor Agreements. The parties agree that the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by VTEX Area 1 Security to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by VTEX Area 1 Security beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by VTEXArea 1 Security, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

The parties agree that the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by VTEX FieldAware to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by VTEX FieldAware beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by VTEXFieldAware, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

The parties agree that the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by VTEX ConnectWise to Customer Client pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent, removed by VTEX ConnectWise beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by VTEXConnectWise, in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by CustomerClient.
