Common use of Copies of Sub-processor Agreements Clause in Contracts

Copies of Sub-processor Agreements. The Parties agree that the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by Retool to Customer pursuant to Clause 9(c) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses, removed by Retool beforehand, and that such copies will be provided by Retool in a manner to be determined in its discretion, only upon request by Customer.

The Parties parties agree that Company may redact the copies of the Sub-processor agreements that must be provided by Retool Company to Customer Client pursuant to Clause 9(c5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all to remove commercial information, or confidential information, and clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses, removed by Retool beforehand, and that such Clauses or their equivalent. Company will provide copies will be provided by Retool in a manner to be determined in its discretionof the Sub-processor agreements, only upon request by CustomerClient.
