Common use of Copies of Tax Returns Clause in Contracts

Copies of Tax Returns. The Company has made available (or, in the case of Tax Returns to be filed on or before the Closing Date, will make available) to the Buyer complete and accurate copies of all Tax Returns and associated work papers filed by or on behalf of the Company and its Subsidiaries for all taxable years ending on or prior to the Closing Date.
