Common use of Copies of the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus Clause in Contracts

Copies of the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus. The Company agrees to furnish the Representatives, without charge, during the Prospectus Delivery Period, as many copies of each preliminary prospectus and the Prospectus and any amendments and supplements thereto (including any documents incorporated or deemed incorporated by reference therein) and the Disclosure Package as the Representatives may request.
