Common use of Copies of the Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Copies of the Registration Statement. The Company will furnish you copies of the Registration Statement (only one of which need be signed and need include all exhibits), the Prospectus and all amendments and supplements thereto, including any amendment or supplement prepared after the Effective Date, and such other information with respect to the Company as you may from time to time reasonably request, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities as you may reasonably request.
