Common use of Copies of the Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Copies of the Registration Statement. To furnish promptly to each of the Representatives and to counsel for the Underwriters a signed copy of the Registration Statement as originally filed with the Commission, and each amendment thereto filed with the Commission, including all consents and exhibits filed therewith.

Copies of the Registration Statement. To furnish promptly to each of the Representatives and to counsel for the Underwriters a signed copy copies of the Registration Statement Statement, as originally initially filed with the Commission, and each amendment of all amendments thereto filed with the Commission, (including all consents exhibits thereto and exhibits filed therewithdocuments incorporated by reference therein) and sufficient copies of the foregoing (other than exhibits) for distribution of a copy to each of the other Underwriters.
