Common use of Copies of Clause in Contracts

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Ship; and (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that Owner.

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing the Relevant Ship; and (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that Owner.

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing the Relevant Ship; and (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that the relevant Owner.

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation or, if not yet issued, the application in respect thereof, in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Borrower owning that Ship; and (b) the ISPS Code Documentation or, if not yet issued, the application in respect thereof, in respect of each Existing Ship and the Owner thereof Borrower owning that Ship certified as true and in effect by that OwnerBorrower.

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Ship; and; (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that Owner; and (c) the Initial Charterparties.

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipRelevant Owner; and (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the Relevant Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that the Relevant Owner.

(a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Ship; and (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that Owner.

(a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Initial Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Initial Ship; and; (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Initial Ship and the Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that Owner; and (c) the Initial Charterparties.

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation and the ISSC in respect of each Existing Additional Ship and “OMICRON” and the applicable relevant Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Shiprelevant Owner; and (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Additional Ship and “OMICRON” and the relevant Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that Owner.

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipRelevant Owner; and (b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that Owner.
