Common use of Copies Required Clause in Contracts

Copies Required. Each submittal shall include one (1) legible, reproducible sepia and five (5) legible paper copies and one (1) electronic copy of each drawing, including fabrication, erection, layout and setting drawings, and such other drawings as required under the various sections of the Specifications until final acceptance thereof is obtained. Subcontractor shall submit copies, in an amount as requested by the CONTRACTOR, of: manufacturers' descriptive data for materials, equipment, and fixtures, including catalog sheets showing dimensions, performance, characteristics, and capacities; wiring diagrams and controls; schedules; all seismic calculations and other calculations; and other pertinent information as required.
