Common use of Copies true and complete Clause in Contracts

Copies true and complete. the copies of the Underlying Documents delivered or to be delivered to the Bank pursuant to clause 9.1 are, or will when delivered be, true and complete copies of such documents; such documents constitute valid and binding obligations of the parties thereto enforceable in accordance with their respective terms and there will have been no amendments or variations thereof or defaults thereunder.
