Copies upon Request. Grantee shall, upon request by Grantor, provide Grantor with copies of contracts or other agreements to which Grantee is a party with any other State agency.

Copies upon Request. The City shall be entitled, upon request and without expense to receive copies of the policies, declaration page and all endorsements thereto as they apply to the limits required and may require the deletion, revision, or modification of particular policy terms, conditions, limitations or exclusions (except where policy provisions are established by law or regulation binding upon either of the parties hereto or the underwriter of any such policies).

Copies upon Request. Copies of all financial statements and auditor's reports prepared for the Company, if any, including those given or required to be given to the holder of any loan secured by the Property or an interest in the Sole Member or any part thereof, shall be given upon request of any Member.
