Common use of Copy as Financing Statement Clause in Contracts

Copy as Financing Statement. A photocopy or other reproduction of this Agreement may be delivered by any Grantor or Collateral Trustee to any financial intermediary or other third party for the purpose of transferring or perfecting any or all of the Collateral to Collateral Trustee or its designee or assignee.

Copy as Financing Statement. A photocopy or other reproduction of this Agreement may be delivered by any Grantor Pledgor or Collateral Trustee to any financial intermediary or other third party for the purpose of transferring or perfecting any or all of the Collateral Pledged Securities to Collateral Trustee or its designee or assignee.
