Common use of Copy of Notice of Default to Mortgagee Clause in Contracts

Copy of Notice of Default to Mortgagee. Whenever the City shall deliver any notice or demand to Developer with respect to any Default by Developer in its obligations or covenants under this Agreement, the City shall at the same time forward a copy of such notice or demand to each holder of any mortgage authorized by this Agreement at the last address of such holder shown in the records of the City.

Copy of Notice of Default to Mortgagee. Whenever the If City shall deliver delivers any notice or demand to the Developer with respect to any Default breach or default by the Developer in its obligations or covenants under this Agreement, the City shall at the same time forward also send a copy of such notice or demand to each holder of any mortgage authorized by this Agreement Mortgagee that provides a written request for such notice to City, at the last address of such holder shown in the records of the City.

Whenever the City shall deliver any notice or demand to Developer the Redeveloper with respect to any Default breach or default by Developer in the Redeveloper of its obligations or covenants under in this Agreement, the City shall at the same time forward a copy of such notice or demand to each holder of any mortgage authorized by this Agreement at the last address of such holder as shown in the records of the CityCity or as provided by such mortgagee.

Whenever the City shall deliver any notice or demand to Developer with respect to any Default default by Developer in its obligations or covenants under this Agreement, the City shall at the same time forward a copy of such notice or demand and to each holder of any mortgage authorized by this Agreement at the last address of such holder shown in the records of the City. In this regard, any such holder shall be permitted to deliver to the City written notice of such holder’s lien (which shall be accompanied by a recorded copy of the instrument establishing such liens) and of such holder’s address for any notices contemplated by this Agreement.
