Common use of Copy of Restrictive Covenants Clause in Contracts

Copy of Restrictive Covenants. The Executive agrees that, prior to the commencement of any new employment in the Business (as defined below), the Executive will furnish the prospective new employer with a complete and accurate copy of the text of the restrictive covenant obligation the Executive has to Aon (the “Restrictive Covenant Text”) under Section 6 of this Agreement. The Executive also agrees that the Company may advise any prospective new employer of the Executive of the existence and terms of such restrictive covenants and furnish the prospective new employer with a copy of the Restrictive Covenant Text.

Copy of Restrictive Covenants. The Executive agrees that, prior to the commencement of any new employment in the Business (as defined below), the Executive will furnish the prospective new employer with a complete and accurate copy of the text of the restrictive covenant obligation the Executive has to Aon (the “Restrictive Covenant Text”) under Section 6 5 of this Agreement. The Executive also agrees that the Company may advise any prospective new employer of the Executive of the existence and terms of such restrictive covenants and furnish the prospective new employer with a copy of the Restrictive Covenant Text.

The Executive agrees that, prior to the commencement of any new employment in the Business (as defined below)insurance brokerage, reinsurance brokerage or human capital consulting business, the Executive will furnish the prospective new employer with a complete and accurate copy of the text of the restrictive covenant obligation the Executive has to Aon (the “Restrictive Covenant Text”) under Section 6 8 of this Agreement. The Executive also agrees that the Company may advise any prospective new employer of the Executive of the existence and terms of such restrictive covenants and furnish the prospective new employer with a copy of the Restrictive Covenant Text.

The Executive also agrees that the Company may advise any prospective new employer of the Executive of the existence and terms of such restrictive covenants and furnish the prospective new employer with a copy of the Restrictive Covenant Text. 6.
