Common use of Copy of SEC Filings Clause in Contracts

Copy of SEC Filings. Promptly after the sending or filing thereof, copies of all reports, proxy statements and financial statements which Borrower files with its shareholders or any securities exchange or the SEC, including, without limitation, all reports on Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. Such reports need not include exhibits. Borrower agrees to promptly provide Agent with exhibits specifically requested by Agent or any Bank.
