Copyright and Trade Secret Notices. Except for Deliverables that are specified in this Agreement as being and remaining the property of Binary, mutually agreed upon Deliverables shall bear Acquisition’s or sub-licensee’s copyright, trademark and trade secret notices in the form required by Acquisition.
