Executive agrees not to infringe the copyrights of the Company, its customers or third parties (including, without limitation, Executive’s previous employers, customers, etc.) by unauthorized or unlawful copying, modifying or distributing of copyrighted material, including plans, drawings, reports, financial analyses, market studies, computer software and the like.
