COPYRIGHT NOTICES. (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, as to works in which Lumentum owns the copyright, to the extent any such works contain copyright notices which indicate a different entity as the copyright owner, Lumentum may, but shall not be required, to change such notices.
