Common use of Copyright Office Filing Clause in Contracts

Copyright Office Filing. When the Security Agreement or a short form thereof is filed in the United States Copyright Office, the Liens created by such Security Agreement shall constitute fully perfected Liens on, and security interests in, all right, title and interest of the grantors thereunder in the Registered Copyrights and Registered Copyright Licenses (each as defined in such Security Agreement), in each case subject to no Liens other than Permitted Collateral Liens.

Copyright Office Filing. When the Security Agreement or a short form thereof is filed in the United States Copyright Office, the Liens created by such the Security Agreement shall constitute fully perfected Liens on, and security interests in, all right, title and interest of the grantors thereunder in the Registered Copyrights and Registered Copyright Licenses (each as defined in such the Security Agreement), in each case subject to no Liens other than Permitted Collateral LiensLiens permitted pursuant to Section 7.1.

When the applicable Security Agreement or a short form thereof is filed in the United States Copyright OfficeOffice or comparable office in a foreign jurisdiction, the Liens created by such Security Agreement shall constitute fully perfected first priority Liens on, and security interests in, all right, title and interest of the grantors thereunder in the Registered Copyrights copyrights and Registered Copyright Licenses copyright licenses (each as defined described in such Security Agreement), in each case subject to no Liens other than Permitted Collateral Liens.

When the Security Agreement or a short form thereof the Copyright Security Agreement (as defined in the Security Agreement) is filed in the United States Copyright Office, the Liens created by such Security Agreement shall constitute fully perfected Liens on, and security interests in, all right, title and interest of the grantors thereunder in the Registered Copyrights and Registered Copyright Licenses (each as defined in such Security Agreement), in each case subject to no Liens other than Permitted Collateral Liens.

When the Security Agreement or a short form thereof is filed in the United States Copyright Office, the Liens created by such Security Agreement shall constitute (and, after giving effect to the New Transactions, continue to constitute) fully perfected Liens on, and security interests in, all right, title and interest of the grantors thereunder in the Registered Copyrights and Registered Copyright Licenses (each as defined in such Security Agreement), in each case subject to no Liens other than Permitted Collateral Liens.

Copyright Office Filing. When Upon filing of the Security Agreement or a short form thereof is filed in the United States Copyright Office, the Liens created by such Security Agreement constituted and continues to constitute, or shall constitute constitute, fully perfected Liens on, and security interests in, all right, title and interest of the grantors thereunder in the Registered material Copyrights and Registered Copyright Licenses (each as defined in such Security Agreement)) registered or applied for with the United States Copyright Office, as the case may be, in each case subject to no Liens other than Permitted Collateral Liens.
