Common use of COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSES Clause in Contracts

COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSES. Texas State will own the title to any copyrightable material first produced under this agreement by its faculty, staff, or students. However, Texas State will grant to the Company an irrevocable, royalty free, non-transferable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and perform all such copyrightable materials other than computer software and its documentation.
