Copyright Proceeds. 10.4.1 Where the employee(s) holds the copyright, the employee(s) shall be entitled to any and all royalties derived from such copyright. 10.4.2 Where OC holds the copyright, OC shall weigh the employee(s) contribution to the copyright in a just and reasonable manner and allocate up to maximum of 50% of royalties to the employee(s).
