Common use of Copyright Security Agreement Clause in Contracts

Copyright Security Agreement. Borrower shall continue in full force and effect the Security Agreement in Copyrighted Works, executed by Borrower in favor of Silicon. The Borrower shall cause the Security Agreement in Copyrighted Works to remain in full force and effect while any Obligations remain outstanding.

Borrower shall continue in full force and effect the Security Agreement in Copyrighted Works, executed by Borrower in favor of Silicon, in conjunction with the Amendment to Loan Agreement dated July 7, 1993. The Borrower shall cause the Security Agreement in Copyrighted Works to remain in full force and effect while any Obligations remain outstanding.
