Common use of Copyright/Trademark/Patent Clause in Contracts

Copyright/Trademark/Patent. Consultant understands and agrees that all matters produced under this Agreement shall become the property of District and cannot be used without District's express written permission. District shall have all right, title and interest in said matters, including the right to secure and maintain the copyright, trademark and/or patent of said matter in the name of the District. Consultant consents to use of Consultant's name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.

Copyright/Trademark/Patent. Consultant Vendor understands and agrees that all matters produced under this Agreement shall become the property of District and cannot be used without District's express written permission. District shall have all right, title and interest in said matters, including the right to secure and maintain the copyright, trademark and/or patent of said matter in the name of the District. Consultant Vendor consents to use of ConsultantVendor's name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.

Consultant Contractor understands and agrees that all matters produced under this Agreement shall become the property of District and cannot be used without District's express written permission. District shall have all right, title and interest in said matters, including the right to secure and maintain the copyright, trademark and/or patent of said matter in the name of the District. Consultant Contractor consents to use of ConsultantContractor's name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.

IT Consultant consents to the use of IT Consultant's ’s name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.

District shall have all right, title and interest in said matters, including the right to secure and maintain the copyright, trademark and/or patent of said matter in the name of the District. Consultant Vendor consents to use of Consultant's Vendor’s name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.

Consultant consents to District may use of Consultant's name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.

District shall have all right, title and interest in said matters, including the right to secure use any analyses, reports, data, or other documents produced and maintain the copyrightdelivered to District free from any restrictions and fees in reproduction, trademark and/or patent of said matter in the name of the Districtdisplay, or use. Consultant Contractor consents to use of Consultant's Contractor name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance performance, and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.

Consultant consents to District may, with Consultant’s prior written consent, use of Consultant's name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.
