Common use of Copyrighted Material Clause in Contracts

User warrants that all copyrighted material to be performed by User or his agents or employees or those under contract with him (“contractors”) has been duly licensed or authorized by copyright Owners or their authorized representatives. User agrees to indemnify and hold The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and its employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, losses or expenses incurred with regard thereto.
