Core and Shell Work Schedule Sample Clauses

Core and Shell Work Schedule. The schedule for the design and development of Core and Shell Work (as defined in the Lease), including, without limitation, the time periods for preparation and review of construction documents, approvals and performance, shall be in accordance with that certain schedule prepared by Landlord and Tenant attached as Exhibit A-1 to this Work Letter (the “Core and Shell Work Schedule”). The Core and Shell Work Schedule shall be subject to adjustment as mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties, or as provided in this Work Letter.
