Common use of Corix Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Corix Indemnity. Without limiting any other obligation of Corix provided herein, Corix will indemnify, defend, and save harmless the Developer Group from any and all liabilities, actions, damages, claims, losses, costs, orders, fines, penalties, and expenses (including the full amount of all legal fees and expenses on a solicitor-client basis) which may be paid by, incurred by, or asserted against the Developer Group or any one of them arising from or in connection with any negligence or wilful misconduct perpetrated by Corix or those for whom it is in law responsible.

Corix Indemnity.
