Corporal Assignment Pay. 9.6.1 A 5% pay differential per hour for all paid work hours and all paid time off shall be paid to an employee in a Police Officer position assigned as a corporal. 9.6.2 The amount of differential pay shall be determined in the same manner as Police Specialty Pay as described in Section 9.7 below. 9.6.3 This pay differential shall be in addition to and not included in the employee’s base pay. The differential shall not be considered for purposes of long term disability, or life insurance, but shall be reported as earnings for purposes of PERS Retirement.
