Common use of Corporate Administrator’s Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Corporate Administrator’s Power of Attorney. The Company shall furnish the Corporate Administrator with any reasonably required documents related to the administrative services provided hereunder as the Corporate Administrator shall reasonably request to enable the Corporate Administrator to carry out its administrative duties hereunder. The Company shall execute any documentation furnished to it by the Corporate Administrator for recordation by the Corporate Administrator in the appropriate jurisdictions, as shall be necessary to effectuate the foregoing.
