Common use of CORPORATE AND PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

CORPORATE AND PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITY. Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord, and agrees, that each individual executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant is authorized to do so on behalf of Tenant.
