Common use of Corporate Authority Clause in Contracts

Corporate Authority. If Tenant is a corporation (or a partnership), each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation (or partnership) represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation (or partnership) in accordance with the by-laws of said corporation (or partnership in accordance with the partnership agreement) and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation (or partnership) in accordance with its terms. If Tenant is a corporation, Tenant shall, within thirty (30) days after execution of this Lease, deliver to Landlord a certified copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors of said corporation authorizing or ratifying the execution of this Lease.

Corporate Authority. If Tenant is a corporation, Tenant shall, within thirty sixty (3060) days after execution of this Lease, deliver to Landlord a certified copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors of said corporation authorizing or ratifying the execution of this Lease.

Corporate Authority. If Tenant is a corporation (or a partnership), each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation (or partnership) represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation (or partnership) in accordance with the by-laws of said corporation (or partnership in accordance with the partnership agreement) and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation (or partnership) in accordance with its terms.
