Common use of Corporate Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Corporate Authorizations. Shareholder shall have delivered ------------------------ to Buyer evidence satisfactory to Buyer that all necessary corporate authorizations by the Shareholder and the Targets authorizing and approving the Transaction have been obtained.
