Common use of Corporate Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Corporate Authorizations. The Bank shall have received such documents and certificates as the Bank or its counsel may reasonably request relating to the authority of each of the Borrower and the Guarantor to enter into the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to execute and deliver this Agreement, the Note, all Loan Documents and the Letter of Guarantee, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Bank and its counsel.
