Common use of Corporate Chart Clause in Contracts

Corporate Chart. Together with each delivery of any Financial Statement pursuant to clause (c) above, a certificate of a Responsible Officer of Group certifying that the Corporate Chart attached thereto or the last Corporate Chart delivered pursuant to this clause (g) is true, correct, complete and current as of the date of such Financial Statement; and
