Common use of Corporate Documents and Corporate Existence Clause in Contracts

Corporate Documents and Corporate Existence. As of the Effective Date, as to each Credit Party, (a) it is an organization as described on Schedule 1.1 hereto and (b) its correct legal name, business address, type of organization and jurisdiction of organization, tax identification number and other relevant identification numbers are set forth on Schedule 1.1 hereto.

Corporate Documents and Corporate Existence. As to each Credit Party as of the Effective Date, as to each Credit Party, (a) it is an organization as described on Schedule 1.1 1.1(b) attached hereto and has Table of Contents provided the Agent and the Lenders with complete and correct copies of its articles of incorporation, by-laws and all other applicable charter and other organizational documents, and, if applicable, a good standing certificate and (b) its correct legal name, business address, type of organization and jurisdiction of organization, tax identification number and other relevant identification numbers are set forth on Schedule 1.1 1.1(b) attached hereto.
