Corporate Documents and Evidences. The obligation of the Bank to make the Commitment available shall be subject to the condition that: (a) the Bank shall have received, not later than four Banking Days before the day on which the Drawdown Notice for the Commitment is given, the documents and evidence specified in Part 1 of Schedule I in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank; (b) the Bank shall have received, not later than four Banking Days before the day on which the Drawdown Notice for the Commitment is given, or when this is not possible, simultaneously with such Drawdown, the documents and evidence specified in Part 2 of Schedule I in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank;
