Common use of Corporate Existence and Rights Clause in Contracts

Corporate Existence and Rights. do or cause to be done all things necessary (i) to preserve and keep in full force and effect its existence, rights and franchises, and (ii) to maintain its status as a corporation duly organized and existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of its incorporation; and
