Common use of Corporate Existence; Compliance with Laws Clause in Contracts

Corporate Existence; Compliance with Laws. Do or cause to be done all things necessary (i) to preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate existence, rights, licenses, permits and franchises and (ii) to comply with all applicable statutes, regulations and orders of, and all applicable restrictions imposed by, any Governmental Authority, except as otherwise permitted under Section 6.7.
