Corporate Existence; Control; Mergers, Etc. (a) Tenant shall maintain its corporate existence, rights and franchises in full force and effect in its jurisdiction of incorporation. Tenant shall, and shall cause of its Subsidiaries to, qualify and remain qualified as a foreign corporation in each jurisdiction in which failure to receive or retain such qualification would have an adverse effect on the business, operations or financial condition of the enterprise comprised of the Tenant and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole.
