Corporate Existence, Licenses and Permits; Maintenance of Properties; New Businesses. The Company will at all times conduct its business in the ordinary course and cause to be done all things necessary to maintain, preserve and renew its existence and will preserve and keep in force and effect, all licenses, permits and authorizations necessary to the conduct of its business. The Company will also maintain and keep its properties in good repair, working order and condition, and from time to time, to make all needful and proper repairs, renewals and replacements, so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly conducted at all times.
