Corporate Existence of Owner Trustee. (a) Subject to Section 3.04(b), the Person acting as Owner Trustee shall keep in full effect its existence as a legal entity under the laws of the jurisdiction of its organization. (b) Any successor to the Owner Trustee appointed pursuant to the terms of the related Deposit Trust Agreement shall be the successor Owner Trustee under and with respect to this Indenture without the execution or filing of any paper, instrument or further act to be done on the part of the parties hereto.
